My dear Penn,

Blessings to you, Bob and Markell, Althea and Faith and other sadhakas of Los Angeles.

The World Conference is a means of bringing together all members of the Sai Family under the single roof of Love. For you, it will be real homecoming. I have written to Bob to bring you along, for I want to have all who are dear and near to me and all who seek to be near and dear to me, to come and garner the joy of that love. I am glad you are planning to come via Australia, to comfort your mother, for, I always harp on the gratitude due to parents, who give man the unique chance to have this adventurous pilgrimage called life.

On 12th May, we have in Bombay the inauguration of the Bombay Centre of our work, the building which will be completed by then, called Dharmakshetra, the Abode of Dharma. It is the name of the field where the battle between the forces of good and evil was fought, the battle during which the Lord guided man aright, through the Celestial Song, the Bhagavad Gita.

I want you to be present with us all on that day, for that function. Arrange the time table of the journey in consultation with Bob, so that you can be at Bombay on the 11th May. I am sure you will be delighted, for it will give you more days to be in the Visible Concrete Presence.
