One Good Seed is Enough
From:
Sri Sathya Sai
Saradamma! Receive Blessings. Received your letter sent through Kulkarni. Contents are noted. Happy to note that programmes there are going on well. Now onwards, consider discipline as a special aspect. Without it, spiritual practice is like a being without life, a train without the engine or zeros without numbers. Also the Ashrams (Spiritual Centers) are useless without discipline, like the manthras (incantations) without the Omkara. It is not the good trait of a leader among a group of spiritual seekers to support fools and bulls on some pretext. The intellect gets straightened only when (they are) sent out of the ashram. Therefore, the right action is to correct them saying that they have no place in the ashram and they are not the seekers.
Even one is enough, who is exemplary. Any number of copies can be made. What is the use of countless useless seeds? One good seed is enough. It can grow into a tree. I will come soon. Blessings to all. Hope that all behave like sisters, mingling amicably and that they become dear to Sai’s heart.
Baba.
