Do not Make Inferences in a Hurry
From:
Sri Sathya Sai
To the beloved devotee Madhoji Rao,
Baba is writing with blessings.
Son! I was surprised to see your letter. You wrote what you had never written before. You have written that I have given up my kindness, that I have forgotten the poor devotees. Son! Don’t hurry to make such inferences and think such ideas. We hardly have any time – thousands of devotees are coming here – sleeping at 4.30 am and eating at 6 am, that is the reason for the delay. I make no distinction between the rich and poor and I am surprised by your conclusions. Son! Give the child Shankaramma my full blessings. Tell her of my innumerable enquiries. In my letter to Kesava Rao, I have included messages to you which must have reached you. For two weeks now, Thirumala Rao has been with me. You wanted a bathroom and kitchen to be built at Puttaparthi. Thirumala Rao has written to them (the workers at Puttaparthi). Both have been completed.
Do not strain yourself. On my account, you are all unnecessarily troubled. Monday 28th I am going to Tirupathi.
Blessings
This letter is written in haste.
